How do I get started with Eventecho Ticketing?

It's easy. Ticketing is a feature of the Eventecho app. All you have to do is get the app (it's free), add your payout details via your settings page, create your event using the 'plus' button, then create your tickets via your event's 'manage' option.

How do I get paid?

You get paid via the payout details you submit, on a rolling basis up to a maximum of 5 business days after a ticket was purchased for your event. Instant payouts are available for eligible users.

How do I purchase and receive tickets?

Tickets are purchased via the Eventecho apps and website and are retrievable via email, sms, the Eventecho apps, Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet.

Payment gateway fees?

We process credit cards transactions through Stripe. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ for credit card transactions.

How are disputes or refunds handled?

We take the satisfaction of our users seriously. If a complaint is made via the Eventecho app or any of our support channels, and it is determined that an event host violated our users or terms of service, we will seek to make a full refund (minus booking fees) or reversal to the user.
